  5. Credible revenue or repayment model;Independent financial model;
  6. Technical due diligence;
  7. Environmental and social assessment;
  8. Defined construction and operating risks;
  9. Appropriate insurance;
  10. Documented use of proceeds;
  11. Controlled disbursement arrangements;
  12. Investor reporting framework; and
  13. Defined repayment, distribution, refinancing or exit pathway.
