Controlled access to investment-specific information

The NCDF data room is organised by opportunity. Approval for one data room does not provide access to every NCDF transaction, fund or project.
Access is granted on a need-to-know basis and may be subject to:

  • Investor classification;
  • Confidentiality agreement;
  • Jurisdictional review;
  • KYC and beneficial-ownership information;
  • Conflicts review;
  • Professional-adviser identification; and
  • Internal transaction-team approval.
