Match your participation to a defined purpose

Start with the company, fund, project or programme you want to support. The appropriate structure depends on its capital needs, cash flow, development stage and your investment or partnership objectives.

Provide growth or capability capital to an identified company. Ownership, valuation, governance, potential distributions and exit arrangements are set out in that company’s agreements.

Participate in a defined asset or development phase. The proposal establishes the project vehicle, rights, budget, delivery milestones and operating economics.

Finance eligible construction, equipment, contracts or receivables. Currency, tenor, repayment, security and any risk sharing must fit the assessed use and cash flow.

Participate under an agreed investment mandate and fund structure. Commitments, capital drawn and net distributions are distinct from direct investment in an underlying company.

Contribute technology, customers, distribution, clinical services, engineering or other delivery capability through defined commercial responsibilities and economics.

Support an identified public-benefit activity with a costed scope, target population, milestones and outcome reporting. Restricted programme funds remain separately traceable
