Bring the capability that helps an opportunity progress

NCDF welcomes partners whose expertise, contracts, capital or market access can help a defined business or project reach its next milestone. We can discuss commercial partnerships, public-sector collaboration and targeted development programmes.

Business partnerships

Business-to-business partnerships can strengthen customer access, supplier networks and service delivery. Proposals should identify the relevant opportunity, the capability you bring and the commercial outcome to pursue together.

Government and public institution partnerships

Business-to-government discussions can focus on service access, enterprise development, project preparation, infrastructure or contracted delivery. Each proposal needs a defined public objective, responsible counterpart, delivery scope and applicable approvals and procurement process. A public-sector relationship does not itself provide a payment guarantee.

Target support where it can enable additional results

Foundations, development agencies and programme partners can explore targeted grants and technical assistance around the portfolio. Each programme starts with an identified recipient, target population, budget, implementing team and measurable outcome.

Supplier readiness, food safety, export capability and resource efficiency across CoopX, AfriGo Trade, the Agric SME Fund and AfriGo Agro Industrial Park. The intended result is sustained market participation and stronger net earnings.

Targeted consultations or cover, member navigation and clinical quality across LifeCome Live, LifeCome HMO and hospital services. The intended result is effective use of appropriate care.

Targeted learning places, educator development and independently governed public-interest content through ImpactKnowledge and Aldrenor.

Financial capability, enterprise readiness, agent development and consumer protection across Konto, NCDF Capital Markets and the proposed funds.

Clinical-load assessment, energy audits, feasibility and demonstrations linked to viable Greenovus Energy and hospital projects.

Feasibility, community engagement, climate and environmental studies, and workforce preparation around cloud, agro-industrial, housing and energy opportunities.

Design the programme around a defined barrier

A programme should explain what support makes possible, how beneficiaries will be reached and what happens when funding ends. Budgets should distinguish delivery, administration and evaluation, including transparent treatment of shared costs.

A grant can accompany a separate commercial investment. Guarantees and other risk-sharing arrangements may be explored with eligible partners under explicit limits, responsibilities and recovery terms. Grant eligibility depends on the partner’s mandate and implementing structure.

Agree how progress will be demonstrated

The programme agreement should establish permitted expenditure, procurement, milestones, verification, reporting and treatment of unspent balances. Restricted receipts and costs should remain traceable separately from equity, customer funds and project borrowing.
