Understand the opportunity before deciding how to participate

What is NCDF Investor Gateway?

It is a starting point for exploring selected NCDF Group opportunities and requesting a focused discussion. The portfolio includes enterprise platforms, financial and advisory platforms, proposed funds and infrastructure developments.

Institutional investors, development finance institutions, family offices, eligible private and diaspora investors, strategic businesses, public institutions and programme partners can express interest. Access to any specific investment depends on the participant, jurisdiction, mandate and transaction requirements.

The portfolio includes operating propositions, businesses under development, proposed funds and proposed infrastructure. A profile does not establish launch, project completion, operating permission or an open subscription. The current position is confirmed during opportunity-specific engagement.

Routes may include company equity, project equity, eligible development finance, fund commitments, strategic operating partnerships and restricted grants or technical assistance. The appropriate route depends on the opportunity and your objectives.

No portfolio-wide minimum is specified in the source portfolio. Amounts and any minimum commitment are established for the relevant company, fund or project through its participation terms.

No. The ₦6 billion NCDF Capital Markets objective, US$2 million Konto Financial Group objective and the two US$10 million fund objectives are management fundraising targets. They are separate from management-confirmed receipts and transfers of ₦550 million during January to August 2026.

Management confirms that NCDF Holdings Limited received this additional capital and transferred it in full to five Sub Holdco groups. It does not establish subsequent enterprise expenditure, audited asset values or assets under management. The Capital Position page explains the distribution and cutoff date.

No. Outcomes depend on the business, project, market conditions and participation terms. Investments can lose value, including the capital invested. Potential distributions and exits must be assessed in the relevant documents.

No. Rights attach to the identified company, fund or project and the agreed instrument. An investment in a sub-holding company is different from direct ownership in an operating company or participation in a fund.

A fund commitment follows an agreed investment mandate and fund structure. Company equity relates to shares in the identified company. Fund commitments, capital drawn, investment in the manager and direct investee ownership are separate forms of participation.

Konto Money is the customer-facing proposition of Konto Fintech Limited. Konto Financial Group covers Konto Fintech, KontoMonie Agents and Konto Acquisition SPV. Funding scope and rights must identify whether participation is at operating-company or group level.

The initial Cloud proposition covers services delivered through infrastructure partners. Future owned Badagry capacity would require a separate project case and capital structure. Service-platform participation does not automatically provide rights in future data centre assets.

You can submit an enquiry stating your country, mandate and interests. Eligibility and any jurisdiction-specific conditions are assessed for the relevant opportunity. EmergX in the United Kingdom and United States supports international engagement; this does not establish availability in every country.

Yes. Proposed partnerships may include technology, distribution, customers, clinical services, education, engineering or operations. Grants and technical assistance require a defined programme, eligible recipient, budget and intended outcomes.

The team reviews the fit and identifies the relevant discussion. Further information, confidentiality arrangements and detailed assessment may follow. Any commitment depends on agreed terms and applicable approvals. The initial enquiry does not guarantee access, allocation or completion.
