LifeCome’s Nigerian healthcare business is pursuing the next phase of hospital-services development. The strategy combines its existing experience supporting healthcare delivery with proposed facility acquisition, operational improvement and complementary digital and managed-care initiatives.
Management reports Nigerian healthcare activity and financial history from 2021 to 2025. Services have included support for emergency operations in public and private hospitals, provision of equipment and deployment of professionals through partnerships. The precise contracting entities and financial records will be identified in diligence.
LifeCome is working towards a general-hospital acquisition as part of its expansion strategy. The proposed transaction remains separate from the existing service record. Completion, ownership rights, clinical readiness and any refurbishment programme will depend on transaction diligence, financing and the applicable approvals.
The focus is on a clinically appropriate service mix, qualified teams, functioning equipment and reliable patient pathways. Revenue planning must reflect payer mix, collection periods, staffing and maintenance costs. Increased facility capacity creates value only when safe service delivery and sustainable utilisation can be demonstrated.
LifeCome Live and the proposed HMO could support consultations, referrals and access under separately defined arrangements. These initiatives are not treated as already operational or automatically supplying patients. The UK care business’s longer history is relevant group context and is distinct from the Nigerian entity’s track record.
We welcome strategic equity, clinical operating partners, equipment partners and appropriately structured acquisition finance. Capital requirements will be linked to the agreed transaction perimeter, equipment condition and operating plan. Any debt case must identify its borrower, repayment source and security; assets under negotiation are not assumed to be available as collateral.
Complete acquisition diligence and confirm the legal and clinical operating perimeter.
Prepare a costed plan for staffing, equipment, maintenance and service readiness.
Establish patient-safety oversight and reporting on utilisation, collections and operating performance.
This page describes an acquisition-led expansion programme and does not represent the transaction as completed. The current milestone will be explained in the investor briefing.
The sixteen-year history described by management relates to the UK care business. The Nigerian healthcare history cited here covers 2021 to 2025; the records of each legal entity must be assessed separately.
