Infrastructure that helps agricultural businesses reach larger markets

AfriGo’s agro-industrial park initiative is intended to bring processing, storage, logistics and supporting services into a coordinated development in Lagos State. It forms part of AfriGo Digital Economic Zone’s expansion from commodities trading into technology-enabled commerce and productive infrastructure.

The commercial foundation

AfriGo’s underlying company was established in 2024 and began trading in 2025. That experience can inform tenant needs and market access, but it does not mean the park is already built or generating rental income. The project company, site and development obligations require their own assessment.

The proposed development

The development concept brings together facilities and services needed by agricultural and food-related enterprises. Final components, scale and phasing will be determined through feasibility work, site planning and customer demand. Export-oriented activity will require the relevant operating arrangements; the project name alone does not confer special-zone status.

Public-sector collaboration

Management describes an intended development partnership with Lagos State Government. The precise roles, site arrangements and delivery obligations must be established in the project documentation. Government engagement is not represented as a sovereign guarantee, committed public funding or a substitute for commercial project viability.

A phased commercial model

Potential income may include space leases, facility use and agreed infrastructure services. Investment decisions will be linked to site readiness, infrastructure cost, tenant demand and practical delivery stages. Connections with CoopX and AfriGo Trade will require clear contracts and should not be treated as guaranteed occupancy or throughput.

Investment and partnership opportunity

We welcome development equity, industrial operators, anchor tenants, infrastructure providers and project-finance partners. Early capital may support feasibility, design and project preparation. Construction and long-term financing will require a defined project scope, enforceable rights, costed delivery plan and bankable revenue arrangements.

Next milestones

Establish the site, development rights and documented public-sector responsibilities.

Complete feasibility, environmental and social assessment, design and infrastructure costing.

Secure credible tenant interest and structure financing around deliverable phases.
